1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in Freddie's fearless Falling Clinic (the “Clinic”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enrol or participate in the Clinic.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 11 years old, and consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18. Participants should be in reasonable physical condition and able to engage in physical activity. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, you must consult a healthcare professional before participating.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Clinic involves physical activity, including movements that simulate falling, rolling, and landing. These activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Sprains, strains, bruises
  • Fractures or dislocations
  • Head or spinal injuries

By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree not to hold the Organiser, instructors, or facility staff liable for any injury or damages sustained.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and discharge Freddy Steele and Manor Farm Riding School, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Clinic.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the Clinic date may be eligible for a full refund, depending on on whether will can fill the space.  Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Clinic due to insufficient enrolment, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions given by instructors. Any conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the Clinic without a refund.

7. Photo & Video Release

By participating in the Clinic, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the start of the Clinic.

9. Changes to Terms

The Organiser reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email.
